A social visa (B-211) or also called a cultural social visa allows foreigners to visit their friends and relatives or participate in the social, cultural, or educational exchange in Indonesia.  A Social Visa holder is not allowed to engage in any business activities in Indonesia. Dependent Visa KITAS Indonesia: Requirements and Procedure

What Is a Dependent Visa KITAS Indonesia? A Dependent Visa KITAS or called Indonesian family reunion visa allows foreigners who hold an IMTA and work visa KITAS to bring their husbands/wives and children under the age of 18 years old.  Please note that a Dependent Visa does not allow family members to work in Indonesia or earn income from Indonesian companies.  However, if a Dependent Visa holder would like to work in Indonesia later, you can apply for an IMTA and earn an income to work a part-time position, not a full-time position. What Is an Investor KITAS? An Investor KITAS (types 313 and 314) is issued to applicants that invest their money in a company in Indonesia (PT PMA Company) and need to work for that company.  Indonesia Investor KITAS offers huge benefits, such as the ease of application and the waiver of the work permit fee. You should not pay the visa fee of USD 1,200 per year if you meet all the investment requirements. Furthermore, foreign investors do not have to wait for so long to start working after providing their initial investment.
