Foreign company PMA

is a foreign-owned legal entity and is a limited liability company. However, foreign ownership is determined based on business or business activity. There are limitations on the foreign company identified in the Indonesian Negative List issued by the Public Investment Authority ("Negative List INDONESIA") and abbreviated as "DNI".
